We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Helpo. Is the purchase not as expected or do you want to exchange it?

No problem! You can exchange or return the item in its original condition within 14 days.

Have you already used the item or is it damaged? If so, an exchange or return is unfortunately not possible.

What does it cost to exchange and return?

Exchange:

You pay the shipping costs yourself. You can bring the parcel to the post office.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you a non-standard article, you can return the parcel via the post office using standard B post for Belgium

the cost of this is 6.75 euros we naturally reimburse this amount for shipping costs. In the Netherlands the rates of Post NL apply

Returns:

You pay the shipping costs yourself. You can bring the parcel to the post office.

In the unlikely event that we have sent you a non-standard article, you can return the parcel via the post office using standard B post for Belgium

the costs are 6.75 euros we naturally reimburse this amount for shipping costs, In the Netherlands the rates of Post NL apply.

  • Items no longer in original condition
  • Items that you will receive for more than 14 days
  • Items used.
  • Damaged items

Exchanging / returning You first contact us and make the reason for exchange/return known to us, we will agree with you the steps to be taken.

You are liable for the package's arrival. So keep the delivery note carefully.

As soon as we have processed your package, we will notify you by e-mail. We will refund the purchase price to your account within 30 days.

What do I do if I have received the wrong article?

We process your order with great care. Nevertheless, things can go wrong from time to time. Have you received an article you did not order?

We will make sure you receive the right article free of charge.

Do I have warranty on an item?

If an item breaks unexpectedly, you can of course count on us. All our items are covered by the supplier's warranty. Before returning the item, please contact our customer service team on 011-446114.

We are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

We will bear the shipping costs if it turns out to be a production or technical error.

If an item becomes defective through misuse, we are not liable
