Full inspection service!

Every year every trailer (> 750 kilograms) is required to go to the inspection. We offer a complete inspection service. After a thorough inspection, we drive your trailer to the inspection authority for the necessary formalities.

Maintenance content:

• General Inspection: We inspect the entire trailer to determine any visible problems. This includes checking the exterior, chassis, lights, wheels, tires, hitch, floor and other structural components depending on the type of trailer.
• Tires: Tires are checked for wear, damage, and proper inflation pressure. Any damaged or worn tires should be replaced. Proper tire pressure is important for safe and good handling.
• Brakes: The brakes are checked for wear and proper operation.
• Lighting: Lighting will be reviewed.
• Clutch: The coupling between the trailer and the towing vehicle is checked. to ensure that it functions safely and correctly. The indicators assessed for safety.
• Wheel bearings: Wheel bearings are checked for wear and are lubricated or replaced as needed.
• Floor and loading surface: The trailer floor is checked for wear and damage. Any repairs or replacements are necessary to maintain load-bearing capacity.
• Axles and suspension: The axles and suspension of the trailer are checked for wear and problems. Repairs or adjustments are made after consultation with the customer
• Lubrication: Lubrication of moving parts, such as hinges and couplings, is performed to reduce friction and extend component life.
