Helpo trailers makes every effort to process orders through the web shop quickly.

Our target dates are: delivery in Belgium: within three working days; delivery in the Netherlands: within four working days,

of course after receipt of your payment

Exceptions may occur due to vacation periods and between Christmas and New Year.

If a product that is temporarily out of stock is ordered by you, you will be notified when the product is available again.

Once the products to be delivered are delivered to the specified delivery address, the risk passes to the buyer.

You will be notified of the delivery or shipping costs before confirming your purchase.
